Let’s do this - how to color at home
Now to get ready!
Make sure you are wearing a loose fitted shirt or button down before you start your application.
Do not open your jars until you are ready to use the contents. The glass jars will stay sealed and the color in great condition for up to 6 months. Once you break the seal you must use that day.
Be sure to set out an old towel to ensure your favorites do not get stained.
Prep your hair - for grey coverage start with clean dry hair, for toner/glosses start with clean damp hair.
Pour your developer into your color and mix thoroughly with the wooden stick provided.
Tie the plastic cap provided (ties in the back)
Glove up (nobody wants stained fingernails)
Apply your mixture to your hairline and one inch on both sides of your natural part. Be sure to not overlap the color onto the previously colored hair. Continue down both sides if you have leftover color in the jar.
Grey coverage - Let process for 45 minutes. Gloss/Toner - let process for 20 minutes
Jump in the shower. Tip your head back during the rinse process to avoid getting it in your eyes, and rinse until it feels clean
Then using the shampoo in included in your kit to, thoroughly shampoo your hair and let it sit for 2 minutes. Conditioner is not needed. You did it, enjoy!!
