To ensure a smooth scheduling experience, I provide appointment confirmations via email and text 7 days ahead and a reminder 72 hours before your appointment.

Due to the high demand for my time, securing reservations requires a credit card. Rest assured, your information is securely stored and encrypted through trusted booking software. Kindly provide 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If notice is less than 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the booked service may apply. For no-shows and no-calls, 100% of the booked service will be charged. Your understanding is appreciated.

Excessive cancellations: If you have 3 or more cancellations, future rebooking might not be possible. Consistent cancellations unfortunately limit our ability to schedule appointments. Please book only when you're certain you can attend. Your cooperation is valued.

I stand behind every product available in my studio. Throughout your service, I'll ensure you're well-informed on how much, how often, and how to apply each product for optimal results.
